General conditions of purchase
- www.cee-cee-summer.net (website held and maintained by Sat-Trakt DOO) accepts VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment cards.
- User account is charged upon confirmation of payment by the Buyer.
- Sat-Trakt guarantees the price on the date of payment, regardless of the eventual price changes made prior to delivery.
- In case of internet interruption or unavailability of Credit Card processors and after the Buyer has already confirmed payment, outcome of this transaction will be approved or rejected and the Buyer will be notified via e-mail.
- Sat-Trakt undertakes to deliver payment confirmation to the Buyer at the e-mail address that was entered in the payment process.
- If the Buyer enters incorrect personal data during the payment process, Sat-Trakt is not responsible for not delivering the service. In this case, Sat-Trakt will try to contact the Buyer and deliver the service with the newly stated information – in case it fails, the Buyer is charged for internal costs of Sat-Trakt.
- If the Buyer does not want to use the purchased service, he is charged with internal costs of Sat-Trakt.
- After payment the Buyer is able to be informed about the status of payment by phone +381 62 209 155 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the event of any changes or problems during the delivery Sat-Trakt will try to contact the Buyer by phone or email which is left during the payment process.
- If Sat-Trakt for technical reasons is unable to deliver the purchased service, the Buyer shall be immediately notified by phone, and the money will be refunded to the Buyer within a maximum of two working days.
- Purchase from www.cee-cee-summer.net can only be performed by an adult and capable of work (possession of a bank account in order to check the credit bureau) individuals.
Delivery of service:
- The purchased service will be delivered in digital form via email given during the payment process.
- The service is only applicable for attending the conference CEE CEE Summer7 2021.
- The service is applicable only for the person(s) who’s information is given during the payment process.
- The purchase includes access to a hand tailored web application which can be used to manage conference attendance. Access to this web application is also delivered in digital form via email given during the payment process.
Cancellation of service:
- If for any reason the Buyer wishes to cancel the service, we will accept cancelation within 2 days from the payment date.
- In case of cancelation the Buyer must inform Sat-Trakt via e-mail sent to: email@example.com
- In case of cancellation of already paid invoices if written cancellation is received within 2 days we will refund the paid amount excluding the bank handling costs. In that case, the customer should provide the payment instructions for the bank transfer. For the cancellations after 2 days of the payment we can’t offer any refund.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days. In the case of refund the Buyer who has previously paid with credit cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Sat-Trakt is obliged to refund only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank at the request of the seller, will refund to the credit card account.
- In order to successfully process your purchase is necessary to enter the correct information about your name, email address, contact phone number and address. Using these data, we will be able to deliver the service purchased. Your personal information will not be used for marketing or any other purposes, unless you have given consent.
- In the name of Sat-Trakt we commit ourselves to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users and data necessary for business and informing the user in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality services. We give customers a choice including the decision of whether or not they want to be deleted from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about customers / users are strictly confidential and are available only to employees who need information to perform the job. All employees at Sat-Trakt are responsible for respecting the privacy protection principles.
- When entering your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.
- Data security when shopping, guaranteeing payment card processor by UniCredit Bank Srbija a.d., and complete billing process is performed on the site of the bank. Not for a moment credit card data are not available to our system.
Statement of conversion
All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). Your credit card account will be charged for obtained amount in Serbian dinars. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
